This guide walks you through a complete monitoring session — from connecting your device to viewing the results on the web dashboard.

Prerequisites

Make sure you have already created your account and connected your SIT device.

1. Connect Your Device

Open the SIT mobile app, tap Start Session, and connect to your wearable. If you have already paired the device it will reconnect automatically.

2. Select Your Team

Choose the team you will be monitoring for this session. The app shows all teams in your workspace — tap the one you want.

Multiple teams?

Each session is linked to a single team. If you coach multiple teams, make sure you select the correct one before proceeding.

3. Assign Wearables to Players

Map each connected sensor unit to a player so impact data is attributed correctly.

1.
View connected devices

The app lists every connected SIT device by its serial number.

2.
Tap a device and select a player

Choose the player who will wear that specific sensor from the team roster.

3.
Repeat for all devices

Ensure every active sensor is assigned before starting the session.

Double-check assignments

Incorrect assignments mean impact data will be recorded against the wrong player. Verify each mapping before you begin.

4. Start Monitoring

Tap Start to begin the session. The live monitoring screen shows real-time data for every assigned player:

1.
Player cards

Each player has a card showing their name, total impact count, and peak G-force for the session.

2.
Linear G-force

Displayed in g — measures the straight-line acceleration of an impact.

3.
Rotational acceleration

Displayed in rad/s² — measures how quickly the head rotates during an impact.

4.
Session timer

Tracks elapsed time since the session started.

5. End the Session & Upload Data

1.
Tap End Session

The app stops recording and prepares the data for upload.

2.
Upload to the cloud

If you have an internet connection, the upload starts automatically. If you are offline the app will queue the upload and sync when connectivity is restored.

3.
Verify on the web dashboard

Log in to the web dashboard and open the session to confirm all player data uploaded correctly.
